Place of Data Processing
Processing related to the web services of this site takes place on servers operated by Amazon Web Services Inc, and is handled exclusively by technical personnel of that company. No data deriving from the website is disclosed or disseminated.
Lawful Basis for Processing
The processing of personal data is based on the following provisions of Article 6(1) GDPR:

Categories of Personal Data and Purpose of Processing
Browsing (Server log) data
Purposes: to monitor the correct functioning of the website, obtain anonymous usage statistics, detect misuse and prevent cyber‑attacks.
Legal basis: legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period: up to 6 months, unless required longer for legal investigations in case of cyber-offenses, then erased immediately once purpose completed. This aligns with standard retention of log data in EU practice.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
We collect information about you when you contact us though the channels provided for this purpose, such as the register or contact form. When you contact us through these channels, we will ask for your consent to obtain your email address, your mail, name and surname, your country and the type of company you work for.
All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the forms provided will be mandatory, the omission of any of them could lead to the impossibility of us being able to provide the services requested. You must provide truthful information, and it is forbidden to impersonate anyone or to use an alias or anonymous name.
Purposes: to respond to inquiries, provide information or perform services requested expressly by the user.
Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) or contractual/pre-contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)), depending on context.
Retention period: personal data contained in emails and correspondence will be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer retention period is mandated by law or necessary for the execution of contractual or legal obligations.

Personal data are processed with IT tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the frame purposes. Appropriate technical and organisational security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access.
